You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Full or partial (instalment plan) payment for the Course is required before access to the Course materials is granted. We accept payment via Thrivecart & Stripe. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the Course, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Rachael Byrne Coaching & Bridging the Gap Education or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

6. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit comments, questions, feedback, or other content ("User Content") within the Course. By submitting User Content, you grant Rachael Byrne Coaching & Bridging the Gap Education a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the Course.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rachael Byrne Coaching & Bridging the Gap Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Course; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Course; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Rachael Byrne Coaching & Bridging the Gap Education reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions on the Course.
